We have reserved some rooms for a few Pan-American teams, and a limited number of cancellations are now available for booking. These options include single rooms at the Hyatt, and double rooms at the Hilton and Marriott. Please note that these are not public booking links but rather options to reassign rooms from the team allocations.

The number of rooms available at discounted rates is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until fully booked. Please make your hotel reservation in advance, and select the hotel while specifying the dates of your stay.

Santa Clara Convention center: Competition Venue Halls A, B, C, and D are our competition venues.
The team check-in center is located in the front lobby of Hall A.
The third floor of the parking garage behind the convention center offers free parking for the event. There is a skybridge that leads directly to the third floor of the convention center, with an elevator that connects directly to the entrance of the competition venue on the lower floor.
