2025 Golden State Wushu Championships
2025 Golden State International Wushu Championships Open at the Start of 2025.

Since its inception in 2010, the 17th Golden State International Wushu Championships has been dedicated to promoting and developing Wushu culture worldwide. It has now become one of the most influential international Wushu competitions. The event encompasses various categories, including traditional Wushu, modern Wushu, Tai Chi, and Health Qigong, bringing together diverse martial arts styles from both northern and southern schools to fully showcase the rich charm and technical essence of Wushu.
Over the past seventeen years, the Golden State International Wushu Championships has accumulated valuable experience. With outstanding event organization, a fair and impartial panel of judges, and well-equipped, convenient competition venues, the tournament has left a lasting positive impression on numerous teams and athletes.
The organizing committee plans to further elevate the event’s status by hosting the First World Wushu Open Championships in 2026 (exact date to be determined). A preparatory meeting for the 2026 First World Wushu Open Championships is scheduled to take place on May 23, 2025, during the Golden State International Wushu Championships. This meeting aims to establish an international Wushu exchange platform, develop a global Wushu communication mechanism, and drive the worldwide promotion and development of Chinese Wushu culture. Together, we strive to create the World Wushu Open Championships as a premier global Wushu brand event.
