Starting in 2026, the Golden State International Wushu Championships — the largest Wushu event in the United States and successfully held for seventeen editions — will officially be upgraded to the World Wushu Open Championships (WWOC). This transformation marks a significant innovation in the global promotion of Wushu and signals a new era for the tournament in terms of scale, level, and international influence.

- $30,000 Wushu Elite Scholarship & All-Around Grand Championship – 2026 Preliminary leading to the 2027 Finals
